Brown, chairman of the Technical Committee of the Royal Ocean Racing Club, con- tributes a thoroughly practical design of his dream ship. David Cobb writes on open road steads and his illustrations adorn both his own article and that about Cutty Sark. There are other articles on ocean cruising, a review of ocean racing and descriptions of regattas and offshore races. The design section contains plans and photo- graphs of more than fifty yachts of all types on the boards of the world’s leading yacht architects. Each design is treated separately in a carefully considered and authoritative article and this section of the Annual will appeal to all yachts- men.
